The Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) has an Electronic Goods Recycling program that lets homeowners and businesses conveniently drop off their unwanted items including computer and cell phones for free at DSWA facilities statewide. Click on Programs and then click on Electronic Goods Recycling.
The Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) has drop-off locations that accept household batteries. Go to “find a Recycle Delaware center” on this web page, and select household batteries and your county from the drop-down menus.
